Silence is Golden? Who says?

Every time a relationship fails, parenting becomes ineffectual, future generations are directionless “lack of communication” is to be blamed. When information is not broadcasted, causing lack of transparency and cooperates fall. No leader has ever led by silence. When free expressions are throttled it’s called dark ages. Literature and Art never constituted of things that were not expressed.

Nothing good comes out of silence, then how can silence be golden?

The fact I came up with the blog idea when I read the tweet from Mr. Bachchan “80% of people utilize silence as a way of expressing sadness, anger & or disappointment” . Yes one more place where silence is not welcome is internet. And so true, please come and apologize if I am not talking to you…

Facebook, twitter, emails & chat, everyone has something to say. In fact most of social media has been built around the need the express, even if there is nothing very concrete to say. Because when you post, comment, like and share you feel part of the community, even if the community is of only 299 Facebook friends and 199 twitter followers.

Outside of internet, in real life and real jobs  there are such little number of doer’s and on what they do, there are the talkers, the commenters, the reviewers, the reactors, the critics, the office politics generators, the analyzers … none of them have any use of silence. The doer’s also have to talk in order to defend their doings J

Of course,  theoretically silence helps you with the art of listening, helps meditate, imbibe the spirit of life, make peace…and all that cool stuff. But the fact that life is a limited edition and if we talk after our lives, we will cause mass panic. Let’s make the most use of this “limited offer”.

Happy Blabbering!! J
